Today has been called Good Friday, the day when we think of the crucifixion of our Lord Jesus. On Sunday, we will celebrate a day called Easter, commemorating the day Jesus left His grave in victory over death.
This is what gives us as Christians our hope and purpose. In Harold Martin’s article on the Resurrection, he writes, “Living daily for Jesus Christ does have meaning. It has its disappointments and hard places, but if we live for Him, we can fall asleep in Christ, assured that when the trumpet shall sound, it will be our living Lord Himself, coming to lead us through the gates of glory into an eternal world of great and glorious things.”
It is our privilege here at Bible Helps to continue publishing the Good News. Just this week another shipment weighing over 5,500 pounds went out the door. Inside those 180 boxes were over 900,000 messages of God’s grace.
Thanks to each one of you who have supported and prayed for the work here. Keep pressing on…it will be worth it all!
